Nasir Al-Rufai receiving a concession call from Governor YeroWe learned from a contact in Nasir Al-Rufai's campaign that Governor Yero called him to conceed victory in the Kaduna gubernatorial race.
The call was received by Nasir Al-Rufai at 3pm in Nigeria, and occured before INEC offically called the gubernatorial contest.
That Governor Mukhtar Yero called now Governor-Elect Nasir Al-Rufai ahead of the INEC announcement stands in contrast to President Jonathan's consession to Buhari, which dragged on for several days before INEC declared Buhari the victor
